This Saké is created utilizing Gohyakumangoku rice, one of the most popular types of Saké rice from the Niigata prefecture and pure water from Fushimi, Kyoto. The result is a smooth, mild and light tasting Saké that is best taken slightly chilled and pairs ideally with mellow dishes like Tofu or Chawanmushi.
