Hailing from one of the most famous premium saké breweries in Hiroshima, this Junmaishu is an innovative creation from a family business that has a saké brewing legacy spanning almost 150 years. Utilising Aiyama rice, a newly introduced, quality saké rice grown in the Hyogo prefecture in limited quantity, Aihara Brewery has created a semi-sweet Junmaishu with a fruity and complex fragrance. With a sweet initial impression, and a soft, rich body, Ugono Tsuki Junmai offers a clean sweetness on the palate with a soft, dry finish. A good match with cheese, nuts or dried fruit, it can be enjoyed both slightly chilled as well as at room temperature.
