Brewed in the Miyagi prefecture by renowned Niizawa Shuzou Brewery, this daiginjo uses only locally produced ingredients such as brewer’s rice from Miyagi, underground spring water from the Ouu mountains and Miyagi yeast. The result is an extremely dry and light textured saké with a nicely rounded Umami flavour.
