This Honjaju Shochu has been expertly distilled using a blend of Japanese sweet potatoes, malted rice and a high umami grade natural yeast. The result is a gorgeously aromatic, fruity and sweet Shochu that has subtle touches of ginseng and fresh citrus. Ideally served cold, the diversity of this Shochu means that it can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks or as a base for a cocktail.
