A Sake made in the Shinkame tradition of blending strong flavours with milder textures that result in a classic bottle of strong Sake.

This Junmaishu is the epitome of tradition, using a recipe first created in the 1880's. What makes it unique, however is its use of three varieties of rice in the brewing process. While most breweries use one or, at most, two variety blends, this Sake exudes flavours from each of the three varieties of rice, making it one of the rarer Sakes available. The first sip has a soft and gentle taste, which is followed by a strong and rich umami flavour, and finishes off with a flavour that melts on the tongue.
