Lifted aromas of pear and pineapple and white blossom with dusted sugar and aniseed. Refreshing palate of nashi pear and apple with an edge of cocoa powder. Medium flavour intensity and medium dry with a short crisp finish. A smooth, elegant, finessed sake and a great example of this style.
