Our priority is protecting the health of our staff, customers and community, so we’re implementing the hygiene and social distancing recommendations of the Victorian Department of Health, and we’re ready to continue escalating those if and when that’s recommended.
Store Pickup Day and Times (Updated 22/7/2020)
In response to the above, we are limiting Store Pickups to Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, between 10am and 2pm. You can select your preferred day and time slot at checkout. We may have to contact you to reconfirm your preferred times if there are too many customers. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be ready for pick up.
Store pickup is FREE for orders of $20 or more.
We have a non-refundable $3 service fee for orders less than $20. This fee covers part of the cost for our team members to individually pick, pack and store your order.
How long do you hold STORE PICKUP orders?
Due to the nature of some goods that are perishable or require refrigeration, we hold Store Pickup orders for 2 days after you receive your collection notification.
If you do not collect your order within 2 days we cancel the items and refund the order back to the payment method used when placing your order.
Can someone collect my Store Pickup order for me?
Only staff from your business can collect your order. Just make sure they bring:
- A copy of the order collection notification which will have your Reference Number or Code. This reference number will be required so we can electronically record that your item has been picked up.
- A note signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf
- Their own photo ID to match the approved name for collection
Are all products available for Store Pickup?
Most items are available for Store Pickup but there are some exceptions. Store Pickup will be shown as a delivery method on the product pages and at checkout if it is available for your selected items.
What happens if items in my Store Pickup order are out of stock?
Sometimes, items in your Store Pickup order maybe out of stock. Depending on your preferences at checkout, we’ll either
Deliver the missing item(s) to your address at no additional cost, if we can locate them, or deliver *them.
- Refund, including the $3 service fee if applicable.
*due to its type, some item(s) are not suited for delivery.
