A proud product of Kikuno Tsukasa Brewery and born of the Iwate Prefecture of Japan, this junmai daiginjo is made from a very special type of rice that was developed through 1.5 million cross fertilization experiments and ten years of tireless research. The result – Yuinoka saké rice – is of the highest grade and provides the saké with an engaging, melon aroma while enhancing the elegant, sweet taste. Excellent for creating high quality, Daiginjo grade sake, Yuinoka rice is grown locally in the Iwate Prefecture and gives the saké a solid chrysanthemum taste that is best enjoyed chilled.
