Crafted in Hiroshima, this Junmaishu is the creation of the world-renowned Fukubijin Brewery, which has long been hailed for its history of experimentation into creating the best saké possible. For this reason, Fukubijin holds the distinction of being named the Saijo Brewery School and this Junmaishu is evidence of their expertise. Boasting a rich Umami flavour, mellow texture and light aroma, this saké can be savoured on its own without taking over the palate, and is best enjoyed warm, in order to draw out its full aroma and flavour.
