Named for the bamboo-rich natural spring where it gets its water, in the World Heritage Site town of Noto, Chikuha Noto Junmai has been produced by the Kazuma brewery for over 200 years. This saké is famous for its strong and clean saké thanks to the use of the bamboo-rich natural spring water. The water purity, as well as its perfected brewing practice, results in a saké that boasts a solid body and a strong and dry texture with a slightly acidic aftertaste.
