Brewed from Gohyakumankoku rice, this saké from Fukugao Shuzo breweries is specially stored in bourbon barrels to allow the rich aroma and deep flavour of the U.S. sweet bourbon to infuse the saké. This makes for a unique flavour that is best enjoyed at room temperature.
