A dry Saké with a mellow umami flavour, this Junmai Daiginjo scores well in the Saké Sushi pairing category, with a mild aroma and a dry edge on the palate that brings out the sweetness of the fish. Hitakami Sukeroku Junmai Daiginjo is an excellent complement to white fleshed sushi, shrimp or crab, and has a taste that can be enjoyed both before and after meals.
