Seto Sake Brewery uses local yeast and locally grown rice to develop this mellow Junmai Ginjo. Soft aromas of melon and Bosc pear lead into a smooth, medium-bodied sake. Melon and pear skin flavours feature and there is clean acidity on the finish that makes this a great drink to accompany crisply fried fish dishes.
