An aromatic luxe sake which is smooth and silky on the palate and has bright, fresh flavours and aromas of nashi pear and apple. Great structure and balance in this sake with a clean taut finish. Made with mountain water derived from snow melt and locally grown Hokkaido sake rice that has been polished to 45% of its original grain size this is a fine example of cold weather – low temperature brewing.
