Created entirely from locally sourced ingredients, Tanakaya Brewery’s Mizuo Junmai Daiginjo attributes it’s unique depth of taste to a blend of rare Kinmonnishiki rice and natural spring water from the foot of Mount Mizuo that undergoes a long-term, low temperature fermentation process. The result is a light yet rich aroma that is followed by depth of taste that slowly swells on the palate to provide a rich, profound flavour. Best served chilled, this high quality Saké goes impeccably well with sashimi or vegetable tempura.
